  Exceptional service during a property crisis! I recently purchased a property in WA while living in Sydney, and just weeks into ownership, I faced every landlord’s worst nightmare: a burst pipe in the roof that flooded the entire home. Being interstate, I felt helpless, but Heather from Platinum Property stepped in and took complete control. Heather’s expertise was evident from day one. She expertly managed a very upset tenant, coordinated the entire insurance claim, and navigated high-level complications that I couldn't have handled alone. When my insurance initially declined certain items, Heather used her deep industry knowledge and negotiation skills to fight on my behalf, successfully getting the carpet replacement covered. She was always available—even taking early morning calls to bridge the time difference—and her quick thinking saved me thousands. I now have new tenants in place and total peace of mind. If you want a property manager who actually protects your investment, I cannot recommend Heather highly enough.

  5 stars for Sophia and Heather in the Mandurah office. Sophia is very warm and respectful during routine inspections, and Heather is very communicative and always ensures a smooth rental experience. I’ve rented through other agencies, such as Australian Property Alliance who were terrible, and have never had as good an experience as I have with Heather being my property manager and Sophia attending for inspection.

  Yesterday we attended Platinums toy giveaway and we feel so lucky to be tenants of theirs. We met the owner Ella personally and it was really nice to see an owner so involved, it really does make Platinum stand out from the rest. Well done to you and your team you guys are awesome!

  UPDATE: This employee has resigned from her position in our agency effective immediately due to this incident. She is a young women with a young child who’s safety has been compromised with the abuse she received from these posts. Please remove your review as it is in no way a reflection of our agency and the very good and hard work we do to differentiate ourselves as a leader in the way we care for our tenants.
