As a fully qualified  Licensed Conveyancer & Justice of The Peace it is of most importance I  hold Professional Indemnity Insurance and Licensing with the Office of Fair Trading in which I hold at all times.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

I get great satisfaction in  helping people make what is the biggest financial decision by simplifying it to make it less stress free !  In addition I love learning about the Law and how this can impact on society which  is  why I will persue things further with my qualifications in future.

Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?

One client had to sell their property to buy another, the transaction involved what is called a simultaneous settlement, the client had to load their furniture on trucks in the ope that settlement was going to occur.....I was able to ensure a smooth settlement had happened  even though there were definitely a few hiccups along the way the clients bank was not ready but we perserved and did everything we could to meet the deadline without our client accruing any penalties ..as a result that matter settled.. one very happy family and we were rewarded with a praising recommendation and flowers !

Seeing and hearing  the clients reaction when they know the transaction has gone through smoothly and effectively with minimal fuss and by providing the right advice and recommendations to the client  it had all paid off to achieve such pleasing results !

There is never the wrong or right questions to ask, if a client is unsure about anything regarding Conveyancing asking will help resolve any and every enquiry.   However, the most common questions our firm gets ask to what my fees are.  My clients always have a great understanding on what they pay and why they pay it. I believe that if you answer this clients feel more at ease and can relax knowing the matter is in the most capable of hands !

There is never a right or wrong question to ask, a good reliable and trustworthy Conveyancer should answer ANY. I am here to accommodate your questions especially if this is the First time  buying or selling property !  However , my most common question asked is about my schedule of  fees and why I charge them. There are at times difficult transactions  involving differently types of searches. However in most cases our fees are fixed and again no hidden fees !

I have been the industry for over 10 years with no claims or issues. I am fast, effective with delivered results, reliable and  I am also a member of the Justice of The Peace where it is my duty to serve the community.   I make myself and my team, available to suit every clients individual needs.  For example :Some clients are busy working professionals and cannot be contacted at all hours of the day - we can tailor that to meet your needs !

My client should provi8de their best contact details and perhaps the best time to call. I can communicate  at anytime and offer an after hours service if need be.   How would you would prefer to the contacted - either phone, email or in person ? Which method would suit your lifestyle  ?

1. I would suggest you obtain a copy of the  Contract from the real estate agent and let Platinum Conveyancing  Services review the Contract before placing a 0.25%.  2. Be careful how obtaining pricing from other companies for services such as Pest, Building and Strata Searches. Ordering the cheapest is not always the safest and the best. Call Platinum Conveyancing Services as we can recommend our preferred qualified professionals and have the correct insurances and qualifications that are most trustworthy.  3. Your bank loan - What does this mean for you : a) Pre approval on your loan -the bank will provide most likely provide you with a loan depending on the price of the property  b) and an Unconditional Loan Approval -the bank has carried out a Valuation the property and the bank will definitely provide you with the loan

I obtained my licensing through Macquarie University in 2007  I  have previous  qualifications such as a Associate Diploma in Business ( Retail) 1994 & Advanced Diploma in Marketing Management  1998.
