We are 100% insured as a company and our insurance allows for us to work on any clean having $10 million dollars in Public Liability Insurance and Workers Compensation. We also have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee or we clean again for free.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

We wanted to work with cancer victims and cleaning is a great way to help them. We also decided to spread our wings by opening our doors to the public in order to help donate more funds.

We performed a Bond clean in Griffin when we arrived our customer was extremely stressed as her power was already cut off and the removalist had placed 2 holes in her walls.  The carpet Cleaner also canceled that morning due to power. We used a generator, fixed walls and she got her bond back.

What do you like most about your job?

We are helping to support the Cancer Council in their endeavour to support victims of Cancers whilst providing Australians with the freedom of TIME as a lot of Australians these days are too busy working. I love the smell of a clean home too.

What questions should a customer ask to hire the right service professional?

Hourly rate, firstly if it's under $40 you need to ask to view insurance documents, make sure that when they supply them to you it doesn't just have that day date on it. You also want to see evidence of what they are paying staff, if it's under the award rate, you could be liable yourself.

We have access to over 1000 staff throughout Brisbane which enables us to guarantee someone will be available for you or if your not happy with your maid we can easily swap for one you feel more comfortable with. It is all about YOU our customer!

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

The number of bedrooms and bathrooms, have you got pets that go inside the property, other types of services you may need such as carpets steam cleaned or Pest control. Any specific jobs they want to be done What area's matter the most it really comes down to how long it would take 2 people to clean with a minimum charge of 2 man hours per visit. ($80) even if we are finished in an hour.

Ensure that the walls are not heavily soiled, clean your blinds and garage, we can perform these services if you like but it will be for a fee. Please refer to our payment schedule on our website for more information or feel free to request a quote.

How do you normally charge for your service?

We are $40 per hour which will include; 2 cleaners, some products, insurance, receipt, and 10% will be donated to the Pink Ribbon Campaign with the Cancer Council. Our quote is our final price so that you don't have any hidden fees.

Our leading trainer has 20 years experience in cleaning for both the Domestic and Commercial sectors including extensive knowledge of all chemical and natural cleaning methods.
