How did you decide to get into your line of work?

Tameika's early part of her career was working in a wedding studio. She then worked as a photojournalist covering local news for Fairfax papers in the southern sector of Western Australia. She has also worked as a freelance photographer for the Adelaide Advertiser, Sunday Mail (SA) and has had her work published in The Age and the Herald Sun in Melbourne. During this time it allowed her to meet many people and travel interstate covering weddings, famous bands and working with celebrities. Her instinctive nature is to make everyone feel comfortable on any photoshoot which brings out the best in you and make you feel comfortable in front of the camera.

I have many stories to share with photography. Weddings are probably the most special. There is always a personal story when you get to know the clients closely before a wedding day. It is so special to be a part of the beginning of new memories and people telling me their old ones.

I love being an events photographer because I get to celebrate the heck out of the people I work with and capture once in a lifetime moments if you are planning an event, short wedding service, or couples photoshoot and want to do it your individual way-I'm here to guide you through the whole process. I believe in setting out to do one thing above all else-to create beautiful work for great people. Delivering a true authentic experience with memorable, dynamic, and lighthearted photos in digital format or wall art.

I work closely with my customers to make sure they get what they are asking for. I always have personal meetings over a coffee or a chat on the phone. I take my time and exchange creative ideas together to have photos to last a lifetime and I would love to be the one to accomplish that. Your photos are special, your moment is unique to look back on years later. For you, your family and generations after.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

A full explanation of the job. Location, season ? what sort of job? Is it a couples photo shoot? elopement ? a corporate event? Family event? How many hours do you need your photographer for? if any art direction is needed.

Please email me directly to discuss session times. Most of our sessions start at 3 hour intervals. There are package plans available.

Our Conversation  I will also ask you to make a deposit. This will be 50% of your booking. The remainder is due the day or day before the instant delivery of your digital photos.  Credit card, paypal are available.
