Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

All our treatments come with a warranty. This varies depending on the pest treated and pesticide used. Warranties range from 3-9 months in most cases. Termite work is warrantied for 6 months up to 10 years depending on work completed and termiticide used.

After gaining experience in the industry by working for a larger pest control company our technicians came together with the goal to establish a pest control company that embodies professionalism, hard work, and honesty. We aim to give the customer peace of mind.

Feel free to ask any of our technicians what the most interesting pest problem they've come across has been. Our pest control technicians have completed a variety of pest control treatments across Sydney of which some have been real headaches, but we've taken care of them nonetheless.

Giving our customers peace of mind that their property is now pest free. We focus on giving our customers the satisfaction that they've gotten their money's worth and know that we are applying pesticides that are effective. We are also completely transparent with what pesticides we apply.

Ask what pesticide are being applied during the service as well as asking to see the SDS (Safety Data Sheet).  Ask to see the technicians Qualification/Certificate if applicable.  Ask questions that you feel are important and give you confidence in the service being delivered.

Are your treatments safe?    Yes! We only use low-toxic and non-fuming pesticides to ensure your safety.  Are your treatments effective?    Yes! We only use high quality, tested and researched chemicals produced by renowned companies such as BASF, BAYER, and FMC.  Should I worry about termites?    Yes, Unfortunately termites are a huge issue in Sydney and will attack 1 in 3 homes during a 50-year span. We advise getting yearly or 6 monthly inspections in High Risk Termite areas.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

Give us as many details as you can in your request.  Make sure we have sufficient access around and inside your home, so we can spray around the boundaries of the home, pathways, and rooms.  DON'T disturb termites if you find them on your property as it makes treating them more difficult.

What makes your pricing competitive?

A lot of pest control companies will offer you incredibly low prices. They manage to do this by diluting the chemical or using sub-par, uncertified chemicals which can be quite dangerous when applied incorrectly.  We aim to offer a competitive quote while still using the best pesticides.

How do you normally charge for your service?

We have set prices determined by the size of the property, treatment required, and which pesticides we utilise during the treatment. There are NO hidden fees, we honour our quotes and won't go back on an agreed quote.  For smaller units/apartments we can charge per hour.

Though we treat all pests found in Sydney we specialize in:  Termite & Timber Pest Inspection and Treatment. (Including timber borers)  We are also equipped to take care of nuisance pests such as Wasps, Spiders, Flies, Cockroaches, and Ants.
