  ould not connect the new home WIFI to the Inverter. PSW gave me Penny’s email, and suggested I contacted her for help. 10 minutes after sending the email, my phone rang, with Penny on the other end, Talk about customer service!!!!!! This girl is a marvel, a wonder, a person who knows what customer service is in the age where it’s hard to find. She spent an hour on the phone with me, ( a semi tech literate), 65 year old. Patiently talking me through each step, until we had success!, I simply can’t thank Penny enough. She was just amazing. She shows that all hero’s don’t wear capes. I simply cat thank her enough, and how much she helped me, was so patient with me, and never made me ever think I was taking to long to get the steps done. Thank you so much Penny, and thank you PWS for having staff that provide such brilliant after sales service. Greg

  5 stars for their installation personnel. They were professional, clean and did a good job. 0 starts for their sales staff. After waiting 6 months for an installation date, I was forced to sign a new contract, with much more onerous conditions, 2 days before the installation date. If I don’t sign, I was told, the installation wouldn’t happen and I would go to the back of the queue. Never again.

  We’re glad the installation team did a great job for you, and we’ll make sure they hear about it. Your experience with the contract process is something we want to look into properly. That’s not how we want any customer to feel during what should be a straightforward process (we're thinking maybe the product/system ordered altered from it's original state closer to installation date).   I’m sharan Bruce , just today Taylor and Daniel, and the rest of the guys finished fixing the Battery and the solar panels , they were so hard working, hardly took a break, they even rectified a problem we had, they are wonderful, your comps can be so so proud of these guys, thank you once again.
