  I chose PSW as they had reviewed consistently well. Easy to deal with regarding solar panels. Very responsive by email, no 'sales tactics'. I did most of my own research however questions were quickly responded to. No issues with install, service was good and on time. I have gone back to PSW for a home battery.

  Company was quick to reply which was good. However, I have concerns over the willingness to install something that may be outside the norm. In the words used by their Senior Sales Consultant "We don't install in, or dig, trenches so I wouldn't suggest we would be installing anything in your carport." If an indivual has a carport separate to the house (mine with 5 mtrs) and wants a battery (Sigenergy) installed in the carport their electricians cannot dig trenches. First year apprentice electricians learn how to dig trenches ? I suggest its safer for a battery to be away from your house in a carport than attached to the side wall of a house. Plus the Sigenergy system has an EV charger option which its pointless buying this system if the supplier can't install it near where you park your car.

  Management has assessed the PSW sales consultant's response and deemed it fair and reasonable. Michael Trewin's review requires perspective. The customer is responsible for ensuring an adequate power supply to a particular building in all circumstances. Alternative solar companies may elect to perform this work at their own risk. The case of detached dwellings and underground works falls outside of base installation criteria. Other > Detached Dwelling and/or Underground Works, Michael's older home likely possesses severe underground root-form barriers from the large established eucalyptus trees surrounding the property, existing landscaping, shrubbery, paving and other unforeseen obstacles. It's okay for us to say, no. A triple ISO-certified business, PSW defines the scope of work for our employees to perform safely and to a high quality standard, not the prospective customer.

  Two young guys came and installed our EV charger.just got stuck in and did the job.only thing I wish they told us in detail what they where going to do as a pre job layout to inform the customer. But other than that great price and quick
