  Simon and Sarah were quick to respond to my husbands initial enquiry but once he had a few questions they ghosted him. Same thing Happened with his Solar enquiry last year.

  Installed a Sigenergy 16kW inverter/battery solution to an existing solar setup, with PSW who were highly professional. Excellent experience from the quote to the installation and finally with after service customer support by Dave. Very knowledgeable throughout and high quality install. Both state and federal rebates also taken care of with no issues, and great communication along the way. Now enjoying using my solar generation all evening long!

  Another Update. We changed our home network which messed up the solar system collecting results for the app, but Penny-Lee went over and above to get us reconnected and pointed us in the right direction. Thanks Penny-Lee, all working again, you are a gem. Seriously, if you think you have found the right solar provider, and they may actually be ok, they will never compare with PSW, we have had 4 systems installed now and as an Electrical Engineer, I do know my stuff and PSW does also, they provide certificate of installation which a lot of electricians do not do the right thing for Western Power, but PSW does in every way. Why would you consider others and the chance of a fire when they do not do the basics of the industry and its law by the way. Thanks PSW, looking for a battery next, stackable probably so we can add to it, they do this also. How can people not give 5 out of 5, they follow the process to the letter of the law, from sales to the installation and after service, you want a 5 out of 5 solar provider, PSW should be your first choice. I do not work for PSW, but I am a fully qualified Electrical Engineer who knows his stuff, hope this helps others out there choose wisely. Cheers and thanks, Joe :) An update, we have just added 13.2KW system to our new home with PSW yet again and how amazing are they. They clean up afterwards, and install a superior system to other solar providers who simply want to win your business by installing inferior components. I am a fully qualified Electrical Engineer who is passionate about renewals and so is PSW. I have not been paid to say this, if you want quality, then PSW is the only provider I have come across who upholds standards and quality and the price is very similar to others. This is our 4th home with PSW, I wouldn't recommend any other. You wont be disappointed. Thanks PSW, Cheers Joe :). Thanks PSW, I am a passionate solar user and did so much research to find that PSW is actually the best provider of quality solar systems in Western Australia. We had 2 homes done and we couldn't be happier. Our neighbours have other systems but they are down by almost 10KWh per day on us and our systems. Thanks heaps and obviously would not hesitate to recommend PSW to anyone who wants quality yet affordable solar system. Cheers, Joe :)
