  I had a 13.2kW three phase solar system installed at my property this year, and the workmanship was outstanding. The switchboard is neat, the inverter is mounted cleanly, and the panels are perfectly aligned. I have a keen eye for detail and can easily spot subpar work - PSW delivered flawlessly. Highly recommended.

  Tried to get a battery through these guys, awful experience. Fraser Santaromita the sales consultant provided an initial contract that we signed, that was subsequently arbitrarily increased on a second contract. When I called to discuss why he wouldn't acknowledge that this seems wrong, got angry (kept saying they have two internal softwares that generated different numbers, and apparently I just need to accept that contracts can change - seriously?), and slam the phone on me. I'd give a zero star if such an option was available.

  I did my research first and obtained a few quotes. PSW were slightly higher in price range, but not by much for my Fronius EV charger. - Which wasn’t an easy job. My fuse box needed upgrading too. I ended up going with them because they were very easy to understand on the phone unlike some companies you couldn’t understand their accents. Some other companies didn’t even respond for 3 weeks because they were on holidays or just too busy to care. PSW’s communication was very quick and I found them very organised. Worth paying the extra for that brilliant customer service.
