  PSW were fantastic the whole way through and a completely easy and seamless process. The install was booked and done within a week and the price was very competitive. The system is working great to date as well.

  PSW Energy were great from start to finish. I got quotes from roughly 6 different companies and researched what you got for your hard earned money. $2000 cheaper for the same product than on of the other companies (insert shocked face emoji here). And when I say the same product, I mean exactly that. Same panels, same inverter, same install! The only thing different was the warrantee, but in a good way. Although panel and inverter warrantee are very similar across all the companies I researched, PSW came out on top due to their workmanship warrantee being a massive 15 years as apposed to every other company being 10 years. This is particularly good in PSW's case as they use in house installers rather than sub contractors. A lot of the other companies offered 10 years with only 1 year being covered by themselves and the other 9 years being covered by the sub contractor. So if the contractor decided to give up installing solar, kiss goodbye to your warrantee. I was dealing with Russell for the quotation process and the panel layout, Sarah and Kate for booking in the installation and completing documentation for western power etc. Absolutely no dramas here! Professional, friendly, prompt and very accomodating to all my questions. My install date actually got moved up by 2 weeks as well so I got my system earlier than originally planned. Again, great communication from Russell, Kate and Sarah. On the day, the installation team turned up bright and early at 7am and pretty much cracked straight on with it after they explained the installation process. Very knowledgeable lads (being an electrician myself, I can pick bluffers when I see them) and very professional and friendly. The guys installing the panels spoke to me after they had been on the roof for a look and actually came up with a more attractive way to install the panels and spoke with me for the go ahead. To me, this shows they actually cared about the install and weren't just going to throw them up and disappear. Very commendable. The install was fast, neat and looks really good on the roof. The inverter is installed really neatly and also looks great on the wall. After installation the system was turned on and connected to the wifi and fully set up leaving nothing for me to do in regards to setting up the app on my phone etc. Brilliant!! No rubbish, no offcuts of cable, no packaging, absolutely nothing was left behind. Spotless install, even swept the garage and brought my bins in for me. Stella lads. Absolutely no dramas here either!! Long review I know but to wrap it up.........Use PSW Engery for your install!! You won't be disappointed with the product and you'll be glad you chose them!!
