  We had an excellent experience with Perth Solar Warehouse. Their teams were professional, easy to communicate with, and efficient. The solar panels are high-quality, and cost-effective. It has been helping us reduce our energy bills pretty good. Their service was reliable, and the systems are low-maintenance and durable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a trusted and sustainable solar solution in Perth. UPDATE: Our PV system, installed last year (review above), was recently upgraded with a new inverter and batteries. Once again, I cannot fault the installation — the process went smoothly, and the system is functioning well. However, the post-sale support has been non-existent. Following the installation of the new inverter and batteries (01/10/25), the updated system was not fully integrated with the previously installed EV charger. 09/10/25: I texted the installer to schedule a callback to discuss potential solutions — never received a reply or a call back. 14/10/25: I emailed PSW support explaining the situation and requesting assistance — no response. 22/10/25: I forwarded the previous email to the representative we dealt with during the consultation process — again, no reply. As of today (04/11/25), I am in the process of engaging a different company to help resolve the issue, which, according to the system’s brand support (whom I contacted for assistance), should be a relatively simple fix. Was it necessarily their job to fix or assist with this issue? Perhaps not, but a reply would certainly have been much appreciated.

  Psw i stalled my 6.6 kW system a little over 2 yrs ago i initially thought they did a good job only to find out after i decided to get up.on rhe roof & check thier workmanship they ran single insulated building wire back to my meter so western power can remotely turn the pv off running building wire in a roof soace dies not comply to AS 3000 rang them up they dropped the sdi off & I had to rerun the new cabling myself they cracked my ridge capping ^& i ended up with a water leak on my loungeroom ceiling & now ive noticed my loungeroom ceiling is starting to sag so I got up in the roofsoace to have a look & most of the plaster strapping are broken as a result of thier useless aprentices walking on the plaster glass strapping with their workboots well done PSW & you originally issued me with a safety certificate for the install & it didn't even meet electrical wiring rules standard absolute clowns perhaps i should have reported earlier to energy safety typical of the workmanship in Perth hard to find good trades. so no I wouldn't recommend them & im being generous with the 2* 🤡 .!!

  I can’t thank Perth Solar Warehouse enough for their outstanding service from start to finish. I researched solar companies in Perth to the nth degree and sought four quotes from highly reputable businesses. I decided to go with PSW for the following reasons. Joshua (salesman) wasn’t pushy at all. He offered four different options that were all excellent value. I also researched solar panels and inverters to the nth degree, and found that the option I settled for (Trina S+ panels and Huawei hybrid inverter) was far superior and better priced than the competitors’ options. The installers, led by the exceptional Joel, showed up on time and went out of their way to ensure I was happy with the configuration of panels on the roof. After the install there was a problem with the inverter, through no fault at all to PSW, so an amazing technician named Dawson came to diagnose the problem. Within days a new inverter was fitted by Dawson without hassle. Behind the scenes managing all of this was Penny-Lee, who is far and away the best after sales person I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Penny-Lee was always happy to answer my questions and explained things in layman’s terms. She orchestrated the replacement of the faulty inverter and alleviated any and all stress with constant, clear and swift communication. I couldn’t be happier with my choice to go with PSW. They were so impressive I found myself thinking, “this is a company I would like to work for”. The app that allows me to track my solar output and energy consumption is excellent, and we have already saved so much on our electricity bill. I can’t recommend PSW highly enough. Thank you, PSW, especially Joshua, Joel, Dawson and Penny-Lee. Update: October 2025 3 years on, it was a no-brainer to have PSW install my solar battery with the govt rebates. All working perfectly and I am thrilled to have used PSW again. Special thanks to the installer Alec who explained everything so well. The app is working great and I can see how I'm barely having to rely the the grid. Simply amazing. Thanks PSW. Another 5 star review!

  The team at PSW communicated well kept me informed, and come installation time the install team were great and showed me through the whole system and how to use it and understand it. Great service from top to bottom. Plus they touch base after the install to let me know who to contact if there are any issues. Highly recommend.

  Reached out to PSW on the back of internet research and the positive feedback. The feedback was not wrong. The team replace the old solar system with new panels and battery system (sigenergy). The initial consult was good, with good communications and the team willing to address any queries and changes we had on the initial system we selected. Most impressed by the the install, the guys came on time, explained the process, where polite and courteous. Dawson provided great communications during the install. The install was a bit difficult due to cathedral ceiling, old switch board, but the team worked their way around the challenges. Install was on time, the team always asked if we had any concerns or queries. On departure the areas were cleaned, and the new system explained and handed over. Would highly recommend the team.
