  Found the sales staff to be helpful and responsive to questions asked. I usually have questions as it's a large $ outlay and I'm curious. The let down on the pre-install side was the person handling the admin side of things. She would send out emails with "don't hesitate to ask questions", but when I did, she would never respond. I would wait a couple days and then have to go back to the sales staff, who were very responsive. Install side of things went pretty well. The guys were great and didn't mind me having a look at what they were doing and explaining things. Very customer friendly guys. Had an issue where the first few days the battery wasn't charging. Put in a ticket and turns out a setting wasn't set/turned on, but once they did, everything was working as expected. Although a couple of issues, overall the experience was great.

  We had our solar panel and battery system installed by PSW Energy in July 2025, and it has been running perfectly ever since. The entire experience was excellent. The installation crew was highly professional; they were clean, fast, and completed the full job in just one day without any hassle. We are extremely happy with the performance and highly recommend PSW Energy for anyone looking for a smooth, high-quality solar and battery setup.

  Team has done great job with installation and a week later and had no import from grid. Good way to start and looking forward in not paying for electricity.

  Had 1 16kwh Sigenergy battery installed. Battery and install process has been brilliant, great communication and keeping me in the loop, checking in afterwards etc. 100% would recommend!

  Thank you to the PSW team who were a pleasure to deal with. Even though there were delays due to huge demand, Clean Energy Council bureaucratical approvals & supply issues beyond PSW's control, Peter & I would not hesitate to recommend Derek & the PSW team for any future work. They installed extra solar panels to our existing system, 2 x Tesla Powerwall 3 batteries & Tesla EV charger, which are all working as expected. Taylor & his electrical team were professional & had a great work ethic. Tony helped with original advice & pricing, David for quickly sorting out an unforseen problem. Cody for solving our solar water heater issues. Special thanks to Derek for looking after us with his personal attention & advice.
