  The communication is pretty bad, secondly they have given me a quote and then after getting into the unit AN HOUR LATE without letting us know, price went up $100, since we didn't have a choice we had to pay her. Real estate found a lot of unclean stuff including toilet and blinds.

We arrived to your property to commence with cleaning your property and we refered you that there will be extra cost if the property was in bad condition or size of your property there can be addional hours to your Oringal quote which was clearly stated on all quotes we perform in and apply for. Regarding the return to your property you have 48hrs guarantee on all the work that was required for your cleaning services and we were happy to return and all was fixed.0 The toilet was stained and can not be removed and with blinds we do not clean material or vertical blinds only wooden blinds within our contracts. Which we are happy to supply with a professional blind cleaners to help you with that service if you like. I hope this update message helps you with your concerns of our services. We went back to your property within the 48hr guarantee and your job is now completed for your Bond Return under all of our cleaning duties that was commenced and completed. Kind Regards, PCS-KM.
