  I dealt with Tim who kept telling me he was “just an employee”. He was certainly no expert from my experience. The proposed business model as not honoured and their hold music is akin to a marketing reel on loop. They claim to give a free consultation but ask $550 for a review. Bait and switch.

We do not charge for initial case assessments, which are complimentary as outlined on our website. This initial assessment is intended to provide an overview of your matter and allow us to advise you on potential next steps. However, when clients require detailed advice specific to their case (particularly when their is already a history of litigation and existing orders), we offer advice appointments, which are charged per our standard terms. In regard to our "no win, no fee" arrangements, these are offered selectively and are generally limited to compensation claims or insurance matters with strong prospects of success and an anticipated financial outcome (as clearly outlined on our website). For cases such as high-risk tenancy matters or debt recovery issues where the debtor is unlikely to have the means to pay, a no win, no fee arrangement is not available, as outlined in our policies. Finally, we understand and respect your right to leave feedback; however, we must clarify that negative publicity will not influence our decision to waive fees or offer alternative payment structures beyond our standard terms. We are committed to delivering professional and transparent services, and we appreciate your understanding of our policies.

  Hey guys I’ll be in today in hopes to get a full refund for Bryan’s service. Bryan didn’t have the correct paper work and accused me of being homeless and unstable, (I just built a house) and defended the other party, I’ve decided to represent myself due to the trust issues he’s caused me to have legal representation and I will remove this review once I have all my money refunded or I’ll make a further complaint with VLSBC, my son is being looked after by a drug addict, and he was also conceived through S.A DFFH took him away due to that and the magistrate order a paternity test, they don’t want to pay for it and Bryan defended DFFH and tried to force me to go into socit, the magistrate, the DFFH boss and myself repeated to DFFH I don’t want to press charges unless I have evidence, that fact Bryan started defending the other party really affected the outcome of my case, I’m extremely lucky DFFH lawyer defended me and the magistrate. He’s practice is concerning and I’m applying for an appeal the judge asked for myself to speak as she didn’t want to hear Bryan. I paid for him because I had %100 chance of winning and he took that away from me and my sons chance of coming home sooner. Bryan you shouldn’t be a lawyer and patana Stanton law firm need to understand the detrimental damage you’re causing their law firm. I hope to meet with boss tomorrow with my bank details. That was disgusting practice and treatment towards his own client. Please be aware media were there that day waiting for the results and witness this so a refund would be a very good choice.they even spoke to Bryan and he didn’t understand that was a journalist speaking to him. Yes they’re sneaky bryan they’re investigating a story. Please take my files off him and my paper work I’ve had extreme anxiety he still has access to my case. I’ll deal with the matter myself it doesn’t make sense why he even did that to me but it’s making me uncomfortable
