  Ai Me from this law firm initially said she required a retainer of 2.2k to deal with an issue. The issue still was ongoing and just because it took longer than she had expected, she went against what she initially had said to me and decided to charge me more fees just to help me write an email. Money hungry. Costs are not transparent upfront. You think they’d see a case start to finish but they don’t.

  My name is Lansley Simon , I paid the initial consultation fee because they refused to tell me over the phone if they would do a deferred payment and justfund, the very first thing I told the lawyer the assigned me Teraseth James “ I don’t have any money “ and if she couldn’t get justfund approved or a deferred payment then I can’t proceed, she led me to believe I could get a deferred payment if justfund refused my application. Within days she rang me and asked me if I could get my mum to transfer her 10 thousand dollars and I said “ don’t ever ask me for money again” she laughed , anyway I did end up paying her another one thousand dollars to apply for justfund but she failed to find the documents that should one million dollars plus in equity that would of satisfied justfund and now I’m left to defend myself because her firm actually cannot do a deferred payment, then yesterday I rang to get my file so I can prepare to self represent on a multimillion dollar devorce settlement and they are refusing to release my file unless I give them another 1000 dollars, I believe this is direct retribution and and extortion because recently they emailed me asking for thousands of dollars and I replied with swearing and other very unkind words. I’ve initiated my complaint to the Victorian legal services board who just sit back and watch as Victorian lawyers have a field day ripping off clients which will all be in my book married to the mob .
