We engaged Peninsula to assist with a HR review of a new business we are purchasing and to prepare new HR documentation and systems as we prepare to take over. Ann took care of us for the review and prepared all required documentation and policies for our 24 employees and she was amazing. Extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable. She knew the answers to all of our questions and we now have confidence that we are meeting all the necessary HR requirements as we take over this new business.
