  I’m sorry for your bad experience. I tried hard to deliver a quality job. That Zinsser undercoat has really let us both down. In future I will not be leaving the purchase of the paint up to the client. I had to do 5 coats on the ceiling also because of the ceiling coat that you purchased. I have had to paint over enamel gloss doors many times and never had any issues with the paint I bought and applied. I’m devastated that this job has gone south and that you’re not happy.
