I once had a phone call from a distraught lady complaining that the family were covered in a welts and were very irritated by the constant scratching. After numerous questions over the phone i offered to come and look closer and to treat where required. She replied that can you please not spray under my deck as my daughter has a bird nest which she loves and is waiting for little birds to hatch. Immediately i new what the problem was, The family were being invaded by bird lice. Treated and problem solved
