DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! At first the booking process is great, price is cheap and it seems like you’ve made the right choice of Removalist. The booking was for 7-10am arrival. They didn’t call to tell me they’re running late, I had to call them. They showed up at 2:30pm.. (That’s just the start) The removalist didn’t use any blankets or wrapping, they dragged my mattress on the floor, couches were left filthy. When taking my TV out of the truck one of the removalist jumped off the raised ramp while holding the TV and nearly dropped it! After the first load they asked if they could come and finish the job the following day! I just wanted it done so I asked that they continue. Ohhhh it gets better!!! I had to borrow tools to unscrew my dining table as they had none. Then as they are carrying my $2000 table they drop it!!! And it is damaged… I called onyx and send them photos of the damage.. That same night one of the removalist calls me after 8pm begging me not to complain because he will not be paid by his employer!! I tell him it’s inappropriate for him to be calling me. I email onyx and let them know. Over a couple of weeks I speak with Annie, she reassured me that the matter will be resolved. But they stop responding to my calls.. So this is why I decided to write this review.. if I’m not going to be compensated then I can at least stop you from going through a stressful moving experience. ******NOTE- it has been 6 days since onyx responded to my review and they are yet to be in contact with me 17/07/2025 Updated 23/07/2025 Onyx have yet to contact me.
