  If I can give more than 5 stars I would have given to the kind of service they provide. Catherine and Onyx Removal team was so helpful since the time we booked them. Firstly they accommodated our last minute request and that too Catherine personally made sure that our moving is hassle free. Best moving service in Melbourne I would say. Highly recommended.

  Thank you for giving me the dissatisfaction of using your services. Moving homes is stressful enough and I'm honestly even more stressed and upset now. Firstly, I thought this place would be okay seeing as the reviews are mainly 5 stars! Well if you actually look closely you can see the majority of people leaving reviews don't even live in Australia so it seems they are fake reviews and misleading people to use their services. Let me explain my lovely experience using Onyx for moving home. 2 guys showed up and were SO SLOW, like I could go faster. We left the majority of our stuff in one place to make it easier and quicker and thank God we did other wise they would have taken far longer. They said they couldn't take our TV as it was too fragile...? They also said they couldn't take empty canisters due to "company policy" what does that even mean? They didn't even fit all our stuff in their truck as I don't think their stacking was very well. On the unpacking trip, once again, they were super slow, my partner decided to help them unpack. What's the point of getting a mover if you need to help? Please, please, to those enticed by their cheaper fees, I'd think twice as you do get what you pay for.

Typically, loading alone for a three-bedroom home takes around 2 to 2.5 hours and unloading about 1.5 to 2 hours. In many moves, the total work can extend to 3–4 hours or more. In your case, our team efficiently completed the process in 3 hours including the 1 hour travel time between pickup and drop off and the loss of 20 minutes for arranging the parking from your side, ensuring that you received an exceptional level of service at a competitive price. Regarding your specific concerns: Speed and Efficiency: Our team works diligently to balance efficiency with care. The quick turnaround in your move reflects our streamlined process and the effective coordination of our experienced crew—not a compromise in quality.   End-of-lease cleaning can be stressful, but this company made it so easy. They handled everything, from booking the appointment to making sure the house was perfect. I was able to focus on moving without worrying about cleaning. I got my bond back without any issues! Definitely will recommend services from Onyx .
