We used Ontime Movers for our house move on February 7th. While the actual moving of our belongings was reasonable, the overall experience was pretty disappointing due to poor communication and planning by their team. They quoted our cubic meter estimate incorrectly which led to some of our items being unable to be moved and which meant we had to look for an additional truck ourselves to move the rest of our belongings. There was also a two-day delay in our move even though we were repeatedly reassured throughout that they would arrive but the move kept getting pushed back. We had no bed to sleep on and had to book a hotel which Aaron said would reimburse and never did. We followed up with his number and emails but communications stopped and have not received any reimbursement. Moving with them was extremely frustrating and unprofessional!!Diana N

Hi there, we just finished at a job at a part failed in the shifter and we lost all gears. It was lucky we were able to get the truck off the road. We had been stuck here since. I used this company for a full removal and storage service, with my belongings collected, stored for around six months, and then delivered to a new address. The initial experience was excellent — the quote process was smooth, the pick-up was professional, and billing during the storage period was consistent and well managed. Unfortunately, the delivery experience was a completely different story. The team arrived late with no proactive communication, which meant I had taken a day off work unnecessarily while waiting for updates. When they did arrive, they didn’t have the tools required to reassemble furniture, which should be standard for this type of service. Communication during the day was poor. The office was difficult to contact, receiving messages from Aaron telling me he was in a conference. From a customer perspective, it simply felt unmanaged. The delivery staff themselves were polite but clearly frustrated, which suggested internal issues rather than a one-off problem. It’s disappointing because the service started so well. With better communication and basic preparation at delivery, this would have been a very positive experience overall. repliedOntime Movers19 Feb 2026
It is very disappointing to read this. Unfortunately I was away at a 3 day business conference when delivery was underway. Each crew is given their paperwork daily. They are well well trained in keeping their customers informed throughout the day. All vehicles have expensive toolbags and all equipment necessary. The only reason they would not be in a truck is a driver has not bothered to put it back in when they have taken it out, and ignored the pre-start checklist. Unfortunately as much as you can train a team, revisit issues or fireballs as they present themselves, then retrain with new methods, the team can still choose to be negligent. The team were let go soon after your delivery. Some members had been onboard for years. We are being proactive in removing anyone who doesn’t align with our company goals. We wish you all the best in your company home.
