  I'd give zero stars if I could. Company informed me that there would be a $35 surcharge for them to clean our carpets because we had stairs, this was fine. A man turned up with the equipment and said he couldn't do the job because he couldn't carry his equipment up the stairs because he had hurt his shoulder. This company knew we had stairs, hence the surcharge and also maybe you shouldn't be working if you are injured. Had to spend the rest of the day trying to organise a carpet cleaner as the keys needed to be handed in to the real estate the next day, found another company who didn't charge a surcharge for stairs and was much cheaper. The manager also handled the situation terribly. Do yourself a favour and book with a reliable company who will actually do the job they are hired to do.

  Very friendly however as I went to put everything back under the beds and waredrobes I noticed the carpets had not had not been done there. There was bedding fluff and a dusty hairband under the bed that I hadn’t noticed prior. This was very disappointing as I went to a lot of effort to ensure everything was out of the way which was not easy when 7 months pregnant. It makes me doubt that the rest of the job was done properly.

  HI Kylie Thanks for your feedback regards the service. Please note our machine cannot reach under the bed. I did explain with furnished properties we do our best focusing of the open soiled areas as the machine won't angle under it as its too low. Regards the bedding fluff and hairband under the bed- I didnt get down on to the floor to look under the bed, I didn't see them as our focus is to clean 10-20cm under if possible only which out wand can only reach. The robes in the 2 rooms 1-with the bed I could not get my equipment in it to clean it at as the bed was in the way and I would of caused damage I felt and the other was empty and cleaned up ok. Our service was to focus on the main traffic areas of the property which is the common practice for the industry for furnished properties. The polypropylene new generation carpet responded well to the clean as the safe detergents utilised where matched for the best results. Since we did the job last week -I would of preferred for you to of contacted us to discuss this issue and I could of reattended to address them according and even could of offered a FREE CARPET CLEAN for your next service. With state of the art Truckmount cleaning equipment producing 120 degrees hot water-your carpet where cleaned correctly. We don't do much work from this site as the customers only focus on low cost services!But by any mean your service was carried out to our high standards- Inspection, stain treatments, prespray with detergents, cleaning up of any spills from water on the floor, hot water rinsing and softening agent with deodorising , walk through with client:) which you were happy with the result and I did comment on leaving -If you have any concerns please do call and its on the receipt also!

  I started when I was 17years of age -assisting with the previous owner whom was my friends father. I was always joking that one day I would buy it from him and some several years after I was able to do so!! And bulit it up to a healthy 6day business now going on to 10 years of ownership.
