We are fully Insured and give 5 year Warranty. All Licence fully for painting and decorating, boom-lifts, scaffolding too if needed.

There is nothing like it, get something old and make it look beautiful. When customers are happy its a real buzz too.

What questions should a customer ask to hire the right service professional?

Are they really Insured. How many coats, undercoats. Don't go for cash price, then you are not covered with insurance or any warranty. "Any job accepted over $5,000 by law has to provide you with a contract. How many years Experience and References.

When are you able to start?  A. Because we have a team and work together, we can split up when urgent, or wait a few days or weeks, its up to you. We can always find a way!

What makes you the most reliable and trustworthy person for the job?

We are always on time with quotes. If we say we will be there we will. Quotes are sent quickly. We take pride in our work and like to be in the trade for a long time. I personally only have hard workers, reliable and I get to know my workers very well. we have lots and lots of happy customers from high end customers in Elizabeth Bay to a little old lady in Revesby. From Large Factory's to NSW education classrooms. All these clients are happy even to leave us alone on the job. In the end you pay for what you get, we make this promise, if we say something on the quote that is what we will do... the preparation, amount of coats and products (unless you change your mind mid job, this will be added to progress or invoice :) ). We will go the extra mile!

Why should a customer hire you over another service provider?

We love to work hard, we want our customers to feel comfotable when we are on the job, we have familes and kids. We would like to be the kind of painter you keep on your fridge or phone. Too say "I have this great painter I can recommend".

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

What paint do you prefer, we use Dulux mainly, but is there a preference ( we use a wide variety of paints and stains) if there is a preference?  Do you have colours in mind, how many? Will you be having feature walls?

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

1, take down curtains & blinds before we start. 2, you can put little nic-nacs of the walls. 3, if able, place things 1/2M from walls so to give room for small ladder.

What makes your pricing competitive?

We dont have large over heads. We also have all our own equipment saving on Scaffolding, spay units ect... We also can cater for Budget Jobs that are for just selling or renting or just freshening up work.

How do you normally charge for your service?

We normally have a written quote emailed or mailed and when accepted send paperwork contract that covers you. When getting the quote it will be well above average very good work (5 years warranty)! If you want a "budget job" for selling or a quick tidy up (12 months Warranty) If you want "Extreme work" restoration work expensive, involving carpenters and builders (10 years warranty)

What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?

I started painting in May 1983 . Over the years have done all types of painting and decorating. Old homes around Sydney and restoration work. We have painted a lot of new homes for builders and clients as well. Waterproofing, all types of work, offices to even large buildings, unit blocks. Over the years we can say we have seen and done just about everything! We are also very proud to be in this trade and love our trade.
