  Not good enough. Yes the young girl was nice, but the service was not good. She cleaned the kitchen and wiped down the counters but nothing else we needed to be done was done. Didn’t mop the floors and there are ants the day after she left??? Also the shower wasn’t clean. Looks like she tried getting around the toilets but the dirt was pushed up against the skirting boards. Going to also add that I had done most of the tiding up so it would be easy to get everything done and I get left with nothing but the kitchen done and not even left with a fresh smelling house. Definitely not happy about this. Don’t want to pay not worth it. We need to find a solution to this.

  Not a good clean at all. I don't think she did much, I was working and wanted to give her autonomy. I tried to communicate but there was a language barrier so I just left her to it she seemed lovely but didn't try communicate. I have no issue with the girl who came but I'm very disappointed in the lack of attention to detail. I don't think the shower was cleaned at all there was soap and a purple shampoo mark left in the shower, the vacuum may be on it's last legs, would have been happy using mine, she didn't use boiling water on the floors (I offered hot water but she went to the laundry), if the floors were done it was very poor I can still see a lot of marks that were left in the kitchen as she didn't move the cat bowl to clean under and my son is toilet training and I can see drops on the floor that have not been cleaned. There is no clean smell, I hate fragrance but it was not fresh at all. Things weren't moved to be cleaned around/under, there was water under my chopping board from wiping around it and not under. I put a complaint in and what did I get? An invoice. It wasn't cleaned, I have to do it myself now why would I pay for this? I do not want the same person to come back obviously awkward and no attention to detail. Thanks a lot.

  We had the pleasure of having Nicola come and do a clean for us and she did an amazing job! As soon as I walked back in it smelt soo clean and everything was spotless!! She was so sweet and professional and I’m very excited to have her back again :)

  Cleaned my house with relatively short notice (only a week). Amazing job, very friendly staff, they did a great deep clean that some of the other cleaners I've used always missed. I am so sorry, I forgot the names of the 2 ladies who came today. If you can check my booking please let them know they did a great job. Will definitely use Nova again!
