  Do not recommend, I was with them for a few months as an ndis participant. Cleans were mediocre, they obviously don't train their staff, send different cleaners every time despite saying they will send a regular. If agreeing on a 2 hour clean the cleaner will either stay for only 1 hour or charge for 3. They will not ask or respond to feedback, taking a wide shot of the room after shows none of the detail of a thorough clean. They definitely took advantage of my generosity in giving them several second chances. :(

  Can’t recommend this company enough! So easy to book, great prices, fantastic cleaning, great customer service and lovely cleaners that you can trust in your home. Neïlè was so lovely and did such a thorough clean, would absolutely recommend her and the company 10/10!

  This Cleaning Company prides itself in supplying an extremely competitive and competent service. My experience with my current cleaner, Claudia, is that from the minute she arrives her bubbly personality accompanied by professionalism, attention to detail and willingness to adapt to my specific cleaning needs is wonderful. Administration staff are courteous, helpful and friendly too. Which as first point of contact, is a must and appreciated. I highly recommend Nova Organic Cleaning.
