  This was the first and last time I will ever use nova organic cleaning. Booked a deep clean all they did was rearrange some things barely even cleaned anything. Then arranged for someone to come back and do some more cleaning free of charge and honestly I shouldn’t have even bothered. What we asked to be cleaned was completely ignored and they just rearranged some things told them that’s not what we booked and they didn’t seem to care. The job they did was absolutely terrible and unprofessional. Not a service I would ever pay for. If you are thinking of hiring them do yourself a favour and look for another cleaner. I would give them a lower score if I could.

  Upon reviewing your service history, your initial 4-hour clean was completed on 05/07/2025. Following this, you contacted us to express dissatisfaction with certain areas you believed were missed. We requested photos from you, and based on the images provided, the clean appeared to have been completed within the allocated time. Nevertheless, as a gesture of goodwill, we offered to send another cleaner at our expense to address your concerns. The cleaner we sent for the follow-up service is highly rated by our clients and is frequently requested for their excellent work. This cleaner spent an additional 2.5 hours at your property. After this second visit, you again stated that the cleaning was not fully completed, despite your wife's initial assessment during the booking that your home was already very clean and she primarily wanted assistance with specific areas she couldn't reach. In total, your initial 4-hour deep clean extended to 6.5 hours of service. We have not yet received payment for the original 4-hour service, which was completed over four months ago. The outstanding amount has since been referred to debt collection, and we believe this may be the reason for your recent review.

  Jazmin did an incredible job today she was amazing with my little dog who can sometimes get in the way. They vacuumed together as ciera loves to play. Jazmin is so confident with us and I was super stressed due to work and she just gets on with the clean. The unit was very fresh and clean. Regards Ros and Ciera

  Do not recommend, I was with them for a few months as an ndis participant. Cleans were mediocre, they obviously don't train their staff, send different cleaners every time despite saying they will send a regular. If agreeing on a 2 hour clean the cleaner will either stay for only 1 hour or charge for 3. They will not ask or respond to feedback, taking a wide shot of the room after shows none of the detail of a thorough clean. They definitely took advantage of my generosity in giving them several second chances. :(

  Hi Yvette, We are surprised by your comments, as your service started in March 2024 with us and gradually moved from 2 hour weekly to fortnightly to then recently moved to monthly. Monthly cleans require a minimum of 3-hour service to maintain standards. Our records show all work was completed as booked with 2 cleaners attending your place for 1.5 hour each. While we aim to provide the same cleaner, we never guarantee it due to unforeseen circumstances especially for monthly cleans. We also note a pattern of similar reviews on other cleaning companies that you have posted 7-8 times, but we wish you all the best moving forward. – Nova Organic Cleaning
