  I’m really thrilled with the cleaning service revived from Nova. I have had a few different Nova staff members in my home. All wonderful. But wanted to make special mention of Andreina, who is hard working, pays attention to detail, is friendly, efficient and has a high standard of work. Thank you Nova!

  They were ok. Expectations listed for a deep clean were definitely not what was delivered. We had prams that weren't moved for cleaning and shoes and dirt were left on the floor. It was beyond a lack of enough time, no room was left finished. Items on our bedside table were left scattered on the bed, our beds weren't made, and heaps of surfaces weren't dusted (bookshelves covered in dirt, ceiling fans untouched). Too much attention was paid in areas we didn't care about, which left other, more important spots neglected. Edit: Hi, yes we were contacted to increase our time, so I expected finer details to be missed, but everything about the job appeared unfinished. We paid for a 4 bed deep clean and only requested 3 bedrooms be done but none of the rooms appeared finished. I'm very interested to see the photos, but unmade beds, shoes left on the ground with dirt underneath them, and our things thrown onto our bed feels very unprofessional to me.

  Hi Kelsey, We are disheartened to hear that you are not overly happy with your clean. Our cleaners sent through over 40 photos and we can see in those photos that they did as much as they could in the time allocated. Because of the photos sent to us, we did call you to see if you would like to extend the clean as we believed more time was needed to ensure a thorough job was provided.
