How do you keep track of your cleaners? We have implemented a tracking device allowing cleaners to log on and off via a phone app.Do you conduct inspections? Our Area Manager conducts an inspection on his tablet outlining the results and any corrections, then emailed to client directly.

1.Staff to leave work area as tidy as possible prior to cleaners commencing. 2.Implement a central waste disposal area for all rubbish to be disposed rather than have a bin at every work space. 3. When special work like carpet clean or window clean, office staff to move furniture to one side.

Northern Contract Cleaning charges a lump sum monthly rate for jobs requiring frequencies of twice weekly or more. A competitive hourly rate is charged for jobs done weekly, fortnightly or monthly.

Northern Contract Cleaning specializes in all cleaning. General office cleaning, retail outlets, medical and health centers, industrial sites, pubs and clubs, schools, child care centers. Basically all commercial property. Other tasks include carpet cleaning, window cleaning and pressure cleaning.

What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?

Northern Contract Cleaning staff have a Certificate II in Cleaning Operations and Managers possess a Certificate III in Cleaning Operations. We have Elevated Platform Licenses for use of scissor lifts and booms, White Cards for builders' cleans and Abseiling Licenses for high rise windows.
