What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

How much work do you do yourself? Do you run Payroll? Reconcile? If I am to reconcile bank accounts, how many do you have? Average number of transactions through the bank account over the space of a week? Do you just need a BAS Agent to review and lodge, or do you need a bookkeeper to do all work?

1. Organise your receipts into weekly/monthly piles 2. Ensure you have all documents that may be requested ready on hand, e.g insurance, car registrations, bank statements 3. Setting up Bank Feeds into your software saves much time for the bookkeeper

What makes your pricing competitive?

Unlike a Flat Rate or Set Rate charge which can mean that you pay for more hours than is required, I will only charge you for the time actually taken to complete the bookkeeping tasks.

I charge my clients an hourly rate, usually invoiced fortnightly and will only charge for the time taken to complete work.
