Rude, arrogant and super loud. Refused to wear shoe covers and pretended not to understand English and walked around my entire apartment with their shoes dragging dirt everywhere. I asked each person several times, and it wasn’t until I said if they won’t wear shoe covers then I’ll have to cancel the clean they miraculously understood what I was saying. The entire service was a sensory overload with the three of them yelling things from across the apartment and constantly dropping things. Literally had a cry after they left it was sooooo overwhelming. DO NOT recommend!
