After competing in rugby, strongman, and powerlifting, I saw first-hand how important chiropractic care is for recovery, resilience, and getting the best out of your body. That passion for helping people move better led me into chiropractic

Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?

One patient came to me after years of debilitating low back pain. He was an architect who had stopped training altogether including CrossFit and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Even after surgery failed to help. After a full assessment, we began care and within 12 weeks he was back to training. Six months later, he was training six days a week, pain-free, and excelling in both sports again.

What do you like most about your job?

I love helping people get back to doing what they love whether that’s playing with their kids, lifting in the gym, or performing at their sport. Seeing someone walk out moving better than when they walked in never gets old.
