NKB has been around for 30 years my father Bill started this business and as a little boy would always help him in school holidays. So i guess i like the job so much i decided to be apart of that family business.

Customers should ask for the trades persons Trade license and Work cover card to make sure that they are qualified to do the work they have been quoted on. To many times i have been told by customers that they have been burned

First thing we ask is when can we see the job at hand and what is the end use going to be Second is what is your budget so we can cater to you price. Third make sure the comparison quote are of the same quality

Customers must do there home work. The cheapest quote is not always the best. My Tips are 1. get three quotes 2. make sure they are fully licensed and qualified and have the right insurance  3. make sure products are of same quality ( compare apples with apples)

NKB is large enough to have the buying power of our competitors and small enough to keep our overheads at a minimum thus giving us the competitiveness to pass on our low prices to the end user.

We usually have a service call fee which includes 30 minutes labor and then an hourly rate how ever this is waived if it is a length job and it just goes on a standard hourly rate
