Always ask if they pre-vaccume and treat general stains for the agreed price. You don't want to be under quoted and up sold on arrived.

We get asked a lot about if a stain will come out of carpet. We have around a 80% success rate but it always depends of carpet and stain type.

We will always send you a confirmation text message two hours prior to arrival and will won't leave until you are happy with our job.

We use a ph neutral chemicals safe for family, pets and environment. We will vaccume, general stain removal and steam clean as all part of our normal service with no hidden charges or painful upselling.

Amount of rooms, stairs and location. It's always good to know if it's an appartment or house aswell. Also any stains and what they are.

Keep in mind most carpet cleaners will under quote and change price or upsell services when arriving. We don't use these practices and treat our customer with respect.

We usually charge on by room basis while also factoring distance and job size.. That means the more rooms the lower the price !
