  Very happy with the service provided by Nick. He didn't want to quote or give a price before looking at the job first, gave me a very fair quote and we discussed all aspects of the work, price and payment before he started the job. It turned out to be a little more complicated than anticipated and he was happy to make sure the job was done right before completion (including 2 trips to his Plumbing supplier). A lovely man - will recommend Nick in the future and if required use his services again. Thank you.

  Nick impressed me immediately with his quick response to my enquiry and willingness to help asap. An appointment time was made and he was EARLY!!! Unheard of. He finished the job in the time estimated so there were no surprises. He had quoted a very reasonable hourly rate, plus any parts if necessary. Nick was clean, efficient, very pleasant and did a great job. He promised to return at no callout fee if I was not happy.
