The address, number of rooms to be cleaned (if carpet cleaning is required) and whether there are any extra rugs, hallways etc to do as well.  If there is upholstery to be cleaned, we will need to know the type of fabric and colour so we can work out a price for you.

We generally charge on an hourly basis but are happy to provide free quotes if required.  For carpet cleaning we usually find out exactly what you want done so we can work out a price for you before doing the job.
