  One week before the day of the removal National Removalist cancelled the job due to poor health. Disappointing.

  thank you for your feedback, but I think it's not reasonable, I have arranged with you for your moving that is right, then I have injured my legs at home , I went to doctor, doctor told me I need to stop working for minimum 2 weeks until fully recovered. I did notify 8 customers about the situation. 2 customer told me that they will wait because there are only a few days delay. 5 customers are happy to cancel, out of those 5 customers, and 3 customers have paid deposits. I return all deposits. in your case, not sure why you take it personal rate me bad and mentioned that i have poor health to try effect my business, even I have not taken any deposit from you to return, and you have 8 days to find other removalists, truly I am disappointed.
