  I needed a building inspection done quickly prior to auction, and he got it done quickly. That is unfortunately where the good points end. His report is very generic and he missed some areas where I was really hoping for a professional opinion on; for instance, there is some kind of foam around the windows which to me indicated a draught or defect with the window, but there is no comment on it at all; "The room is in serviceable condition". He wanted me to call the agent to help arrange the inspection (Haven't had to do this for any other inspector) When I tried to query one or two things in the report, he refuses to answer his phone and requests a text. He then proceeds to ghost you and not answer anything. I cannot recommend him for your building inspection as especially for the price he charges, I expected to actually get some professional help in figuring out if a property was a good purchase or not. Instead, his report doesn't answer anything and may have missed things.

  We do not have a time limit and skip through your inspection leaving what could be important details to your property purchase. Up to 4 hours are allowed for your job, as opposed to 1-2 hours offered by inspectors that don't have a workload cap.
