  I want to express my heartfelt thanks to Michael for his exceptional support during my separation, divorce and Binding financial Agreement.   I contacted these guys two years back, first attempt even after deposit funds they informed me it’s hard to win the case and I withdraw the case, after a discussion they again submitted the case and was ok. In second stage I deposited the money and before the court case they called me and informed case is not in good side, other party too going to contest and indirectly said to withdraw. So I with draw the case but I didn’t get any fees back! It’s really disappointing that they said yes and accepted my money then call me back and said it’s up to you! I loose my confident and withdraw and lost my money which I paid as legal fees! If you not too sure about the case should not say yes accept the money and later on saying different things! Please don’t do these types of unprofessional things to clients!

  Dear Sameera. As you state, our firm acted on your behalf 2 years ago. It’s a shame, and quite odd, that you have chosen to leave a negative review 2 years later. The actual facts drastically differ from your account. You did receive funds back on your first application, as you chose to withdraw once we had reviewed all the relevant material. Nevertheless, despite having our advice, as you state, you decided to run the application again, clearly in full knowledge of the prospects (which is why you withdrew on the first occasion), but you instructed us to try regardless. You again later chose to withdraw, and we offered you funds back once again, but you refused our offer. We acted on your instructions at all times and you were clearly well informed about the prospects of your application. When we ceased acting for you, over 2 years ago, you thanked us and said that you appreciated the hard work we put in. You will therefore understand our surprise at your very belated review. We tried to call you following your review, unsuccessfully.
