How did you decide to get into your line of work?
I was always interested in Property, even as a kid I would enjoy going to open homes and display homes. Naturally once I finished school I actively looked into becoming a Real Estate Agent, quickly became an Assistant for successful sales agent in Springwood. Fast forward to 2021 and I have finally taken the leap to start my own Realty. All my pet hates of Property Management could be attributed to the rules and cultures my Principals had in place. The average time in Property Management is just 9 months and it’s a shame to see so many good people not last due to office policies and lack of training. By 19 I was promoted to a Senior Property Manager, looking after 350 properties with two full time assistants. I look back now on the stresses and mistakes, a lot could have been resolved through communication and experience.
What do you like most about your job?
I love helping people reach their property goals ! I also love the excitement of property and negotiations, it can be one of the most stressful times in your life but it doesn’t have to be.
