How did you decide to get into your line of work?
I have been in property maintenance for 26 years and when I was a young boy everyone in the neighbourhood would pay me to fix things around the house, so I started building my skills from an early age and my love for maintaining the biggest investment in our lives.
What questions do customers commonly ask and how would you answer them?
How long will the job take? How soon can you do my job? My answer is 'I will do the job as quickly as possible without compromising on quality and 'as we are a local small company we will fit your job in on an urgent priority basis, if necessary'.
