What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

When offering our clients a fixed price quote we email them our quote form which asked for both the pick up and deliver addresses, as well as an easy quick to use form to list your items. Our quotes are based on a calculation of serval factors these include m3; property type and access; kms and time.

How do you normally charge for your service?

Moving U offers our clients either a fixed price quote or an hourly rate depo to depo.

We found Nicholas and Dylan to be amazing! Both extremely friendly, very fit and hard working. They moved our whole 3 bed, rumpus and double garage house from 8am til 3.30, never once slacked off like some removalists do. They were very careful with all our furniture and belongings. We will be 100% going with them again if we move house. A+++
