Hi Jess,  You kindly arranged for some furniture to be moved from Fitzroy to my home in Lysterfield.  It was moved last Wednesday by 2 young males – one who I think was called Kevin.  I wanted to send you a note to let you know of our experience.  The move went very well.  The gentlemen turned up early, called me to let me know when they would arrive.  They moved the furniture quite quickly and there was no damage at all to anything.  We have very high expectations, and members of my family proactively called me to comment on the great job they were doing.  When they arrived at my house, they were friendly and very helpful.  It was no trouble at all for them to place the furniture wherever we wanted it inside the house.  I also found you to be very friendly and very helpful.  Particularly given I only made contact with you a few days before the actual move.  Thanks so much for making this a very pleasant experience. How much you charge per hour?  Do not ask the price until you understand the quality of work, cheap price come with cheap service.  Pay extra few dollars per hour and get good removalists that get paid well and work for long time.  They experience will make your move easy and out of problems after the move.
