  It's the second time I used Move for Less Removalists. The guys are punctual, very cautious and hard working. I would definately recommend them for any moving tasks!

  QCAT has ordered Jack to pay for damages to my property during the move. Jack ofcourse not wanting to comply with court order so will be seeking an enforcement warrant. Don't use this company, if you unfortunately did and need to recover money because Jack won't respond to you, apply to QCAT so there can be legal consequences

  Hi Sai This review does not accurately reflect the situation. There was no leak in the truck, and as stated in our signed terms and conditions, Move For Less Removals is not liable for weather-related damage such as rain exposure during loading or unloading. You were given the option to reschedule at no extra charge, but you chose to proceed with the move on the booked day despite the weather conditions. We have also responded to your communication and explained this clearly, along with the process for raising any formal claim.   DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY QCAT has ordered Jack, owner of Move for Less removals to pay for damaged goods. He has not been complying with this order. Unprofessional, unqualified and irresponsible service. Strongly urge anyone to NOT use this company. And if anyone's belongings have been damaged (as per many, many reviews in this thread - claim damages with QCAT. Jack will not respond to you

  I would not recommend this company at all. Booked to arrive from 1-3pm, they turned up at 4.30pm. I have so many negatives thing to say about my experience. From.bouncing my fridge down a flight of stairs to bot being able to contact the owner(Jake) or or VA staff(Tom) discuss the matter. Dont worry, they send invoices out super fast when the amateur employees waste time on their phones or just gossiping like a pair of old ladies. My daughter and I ended up helping unload otherwise we were charge another hour. One employee that, it was normal for customers to help. What rubbish. And their truck does not look like that. Buyer be ware. 0.5 out of 10. Edit: Reply to Jack's below comment: I can tell you right now there were complaints made directly to the staff. I had to tell 1 guy not to touch anything further as he not only stood there watching the other young guy work, he them started to drop our pearonal items rather than placing them down. He was told not to touch anything and just to fold the mats. We also had to ask them to be quiet as the time that they finally arrived at the new house was around 8pm. And there was no need for the slamming of tail lifters or doors.. Please know Jake, I also have a call log inwhich no one would answer my calls. I believe your number was one of them. It waa interesting though, as the number was answered when the drivers rang to get an extension of time and invoice sent. Regarding being advised prior, I called Tom, your contact to see where you workers were. I had to chase your staff. We were waiting for you. I am happy to email you directly, but will I get reply? Lets see? Please attached a photo of the work card that was created on the day, the rego of the truck that was used and the call logs. You clearly have my number.
