  After seeing all the good reviews I booked these guys for our first move of house contents into storage and had planned on using them for the second and third moves, from storage to house and house to house (yes we have a three part move). Whilst the initial contact was good, I was quoted an amount that sounded good 8 hours at $180ph. On the day they were 3 hours late, then they took more than 8 hours just loading the two trucks with only 3 guys. The 3 guys were lovely and did appear to be taking care at this end. However the length of time they took meant they were not going to get to the storage container before closing time so I had to contact them for special hours. It just got worse from there. The boss tells the guys not to use toll roads, therefore they took an extra 30mins to an hour to get there. Then they had the nerve to sit there and do nothing demanding payment before they unloaded. (nearly 10pm at night). Ridiculous. They couldnt fit all of our contents into the 2 trucks despite advising us they could so I needed them to come back the next day to take the rest, Again, delays again they took the long way and again they overcharged and held our things to ransom until we paid. Each time they estimated time and expected us to pay that before they would unload. They didnt take as long as they charged but ghosted us when we asked for the refunds of extra time charged that they had verbally assured us we would get. Overall a quoted 8 hours at $180ph turned into a cost of $2984.04. But wait it gets better. We went to our storage container and discovered they had knocked the legs off a vanity. Stored our TVS upside down and squished between heavy furniture depsite the TV box being marked to show fragile and which way up. My brand new leather dining chairs with wood legs that I had bubble wrapped to ensure they would be damaged had the bubblewrap removed and the legs were chipped with damage to the leather. Another box that we had written on that must be stored this way up was upside down and damaged so it leaked stuff all through that box and the box they placed it on top of. Numerous other pieces of furniture are scratched also. Not happy and I would recommend you avoid them.

  The guys you sent to me were amazing! I couldn’t thank them enough for the job they did, they were so easy to talk to and were very friendly and funny which made the awful chore of moving so much easier for me, will be recommending them to anyone who needs a removal company 😊

  The moving was done carefully and well. However they took 3 hours, 15 mins ish and charged me for 4 hours. Took them 20 minute to get fuel and they were lazing away and took 15 mins to find parking even though there was a spot right in front of the house.
