    Horrible experience with them. they confirmed me 7-9am yesterday, at 9am got a call from admin saying they got a ‘flat tire’ then said new time was 11 am 11:15 went by, 11:30, I tried calling and texting multiple times and then the admin person said oh did they not contact you? no…. all my food in the fridge /esky went off as they finally arrived at 12:55!!! absolute disaster never book with them they weren’t sorry and didn’t even have a spare tyre fitted on the truck so that was bullshit! no communication or customer service was
