Yes i have public liability insurance with CGU insurance. As a dulux accredited applicator of their products i have their backing in the form of technical assistance (for both myself or my clients if needed) also a written warranty (when using specific products)

to be honest , a friend was doing it and i was at uni doing philosophy, astronomy and film studies and wasn't sure if i would get a career out of these things, as interesting as they were...

when i can render the front of someones home in a day and they are out at work all day. we often get to see them when they pull in back at home and seeing their surprise at how their home has been transformed is awesome every time.

what is the difference between texture coating and sand finish render and what are the pros and cons of each finish??  how do you carve your lines in the limestone render, it looks so real!!!

word of mouth is how i get most of my work. To put it simply if i do the wrong thing by people i wont be getting much more work in will i???  I was raised right...if i ripped someone off i would feel bad :)

the size and scope of job. whether walls are painted etc. access to areas that work will be completed in. height or constricted area access etc

remove all plants etc that can possibly be moved to a safe distance away from the walls. ensure access to all areas  leave retic off

you have to be competitive in this industry. Im not competitive because im dirt cheap, I'm competitive because i do a good job and treat people with honesty and respect and that is worth a lot i believe.  Also if someone doesn't prep properly and leaves a mess, its a mess that will cost dearly.

I try to meet clients in person so as to look at each job and answer any questions they may have and discuss options and pricing. After looking at a job i give a detailed quote.
