  Josh responded to my emergency hot water system leak within minutes of posting. (None of the 24 hr plumbers answered their phones). He came around immediately, helped me shut down the electricity supply and answered my numerous questions relating to all the inclusions of the quote, which was very reasonable. He was prompt on the job the next day, coordinated an electrician and did a great job. Would recommend highly.
