How did you decide to get into your line of work?

Always interested in design, drawing and photography. When I was on an overseas trip I was introduced to photography through my cousin and inspired me to get out there and create images... visiting Europe in my early twenties opened up my eyes to art and architecture especially in Italy and Spain.

Having worked with a diverse range of clients, one of our favourites was when we crested the branding for Act Wild, which is part of Zoo's Victoria education campaign to help fight wildlife extinction. We designed the app as well as the platypus kiosk and animation for wipe for wildlife.

Each day brings a new challenge and design inspiration! Its never boring and we get a chance to sample our clients new products especially when it comes to food. We work directly with our clients so we develop a good long term relationship with them.

We are a creative team of 4 designs and 2 web developers, plus 2 illustrators.. among our creative talent and resources we can provide a highly customised design solution whether it be for print or web.

We passionate about design and create high end work, pushing the boundaries of design and keeping abreast of technology. Our inspiration comes from other creative industries such as film, architecture and fashion. We listen and get a good understanding of the brief before we commence any project.

A detailed brief outlining their requirements along with any timeframes or deadlines. If they have a realistic budget for the work that is required.

1/ By putting together a detailed brief outlining their requirments 2/ if they have a budget allocated we can see what is achievable within that budget 3/ When making revision, best to list all changes in one go, and provide final content if possible.

We have researched similar boutique design studios and also industry based services and our price range is within if not sometimes under their ball park prices. Its not only about pricing but value adding.

How do you normally charge for your service?

We base our price on an estimated amount of production hours and provide a fix quote which includes 2 revisions. Our pricing is competitive and additional hours are billed depending on whether its creative , web or finished art.

We specialise in branding, from developing an identity through to designing and developing custom responsive websites.  Our niche is in the food and wine Industry, where we also design for packaging, labels for gourmet food products.

We have over 10 years experience in the design Industry, working direct with clients both large and small. Our qualifications are 6 years each combined including advanced certificate in art & design, diploma in media arts, studying at RMIT and Swinburne Universities..
