  We hired Rod Mohit to do an END OF LEASE clean this was not done to the expectation that we know a END OF LEASE CLEAN to be. Mohit you arrived at 9.15am was supposed to arrive at 9am. You also arrived on your own however for the size of the house its needed at least 3 workers to make sure it was done properly. I left you to do what you were hired to do and advised you to contact me when you were near done and I'll come back to the house. Upon arrival it wasn't near completed. You didn't clean tracks for windows, skirts were not cleaned properly, walls were not attended too, parts of the house that you claimed you cleaned was not. You then persisted to say windows and other parts of the house were an extra cost. I assumed that when you agreed to an END of lease clean it included everything. You also said you had vacummed all rooms with carpet, this wasn't the case. Terrible service overall and when we tried to give you constructive criticism about your work you started to grab your things and you turned and walked away and you said it wasn't fair. When we hire people to get a certain job done, we expect that it will done to the full extent of the hire. I have sent you pictures for you to have a look at after you cleaned. You did however go back and clean the tracks and windows so thankyou for that but absolutely disappointed with the outcome.

  Mohit provided a timely yet detailed clean in my apartment. The place was not in a good state but he revived it to a brand new looking space. He was very polite and flexible to take on ad-hoc during his cleaning process. Highly recommend !
