Specialising in: -Weightloss -Muscle toning -Cardiovadcular fitness -nutrition advice -everything and anything personal FREE PERSONAL TRAINING SESSION: Mobile Fitness PT is excited to announce we are now offering a free 60 minute personal training session to all new clients. We understand that taking that first step in the right direction is often very challenging, so we want to make it as easy as possible. We want you to decide if Mobile Fitness PT is right for you. We Will start the session with a health consultation, where your trainer will find out exactly what it is you want to achieve and the most effective way to get there. They will then go through a nutritional assessment and fitness assessment, followed by a workout suited to your goals. Why personal training ? Some people have the best intentions when it comes to exercising but have little knowledge on the subject. Such as how to use certain equipment, how to perform exercises correctly or which muscles certain exercises target. This is where a personal trainer can really assist you. They will show you what exercises to do in relation to your goals and get the most out of your training time without overdoing it and injuring yourself. Servicing all areas in SA and a 30minute radius of Carina in QLD
