  Mick brought an untrained puppy with him. I was moving from a sharehouse to my own place, and the puppy was running around and jumping on my housemates furniture. When he arrived, he asked if I could pay in cash. As I wasn’t giving any warning, I didn’t have any and he said ‘but you can get some yeah?’. I then had to go to an ATM and leave Mick and his employees to unpack without me being there, which I wasn’t comfortable with. Otherwise they were friendly, efficient, and careful with my belongings.

  Mick and his team were brilliant, they worked like Trojans for nine hours straight to move our six bedroom house. They were polite, focused and careful. Could not have had a better experience. I booked them because of their other great reviews and I would highly recommend them to everyone.

  Good were delivered in good condition. High costs Unreliable for time resulting in extra costs to hirer(accommodation, airfares etc) Asked for immediate payment by transfer before invoice delivered.

  Sorry to hear of your bad experience Gerard, however your move was done within the date requirements that YOU set. With note to payment this was all documented in your booking confirmation email that you received and accepted the terms that payment is due on the day at completion of you move.
