We do guarantee our work and we have insurance with NRMA for public lialiabilty for 10 million Dollars and we can supply a copy for the client.

I have always cleaned ever since I was a young girl. I have cleaned a variety of types of businesses and I like the end result of my work.

I was asked to clean a property and get it ready for sale. It was on acerage and had 3 buildings for accomadation. I had 1 week to get it ready. The tennants had left it in an unfit state. It had a cool room which had to be cleaned. I achieved the goal and the place sold while I was there.

What I like is the variety of work. I like seeing the different types of houses from different eras. I like meeting people.

Are they insured? Can they do the job in the customers timeline? How do they pay for the job? Do the carpets need cleaning?

When can the job be done. I ask what is the timeline. Price. I ask for the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. Is there carpet involved? Is there an outdoor area that needs cleaning? How do I accept payment? I tell them that direct deposit, eftpos or cash.

We take pride in our work and word of mouth is both the best and worse type of advertising. It is in our interest to give great value for money and get great reviews. I firmly believe and practice every day of my life.

We are very professional and value confidentiality. We have a policy where we will get the job done as quickly as possible as the clients needs are our priority. We have 3 options for payments: Direct deposit, Eftpos , and cash.

The things we need to know are how many bedrooms and if they all have carpet: Is there any mould especially in older buildings: Is the building one or two storey. Is there an outdoor area.

They can save money by having all their possessions out before the start time. They can give the bathroom and kitchen floors a mop. Any blinds or curtains they can dust.

We will do either a quote or an hourly rate. The hourly rate method will depend on how many staff are needed to do the job.
