Do I have to be home during the service? This is entirely up to you – you can be there for the service, let the cleaner in and leave, or even not be there at all. You are more than welcome to provide access to your cleaners by way of a key/lockbox. Please note that in general our cleaners work most efficiently when the house is empty of people and pets.

Ensure your house is tidy (not clean). By tidy, we just mean ensure there is not too much clutter on surfaces and floors. We will of course move things around to clean, but the tidier the home is, the more time we can spend cleaning rather than tidying, and that's really where you get your value for money.

How do you normally charge for your service?

We have hourly and flat rate services. We normally charge 47/hr but if you take regular cleans with us you get 10% off which make it to $42/hr. The flat rate will depend on how many bedrooms you have.

We work in teams of 1/2 people. We understand that the people who come to your home and provide your service really matter. We carefully select every one of our cleaners and make sure they are capable of providing the extremely high level of service we expect.  We generally only send cleaners with 2-3+ years of experience, are all English speaking, police checked, reference checked, fully equipped, professional and to top it all off, fun and friendly too.
