  Took 6 weeks and did not complete the work. Told me it would take 2 days. Paid in the first week. Would spend 3 days sending messages he is on his way. Broke 15 tiles so I had to buy more. Swears and throws tiles when frustrated they broke. Says he is doing it one way and I agree, then he does it differently costing me more. Turned up at 6.30 pm after messages for 3 days and does not have all the materials he needed. Dropped to the floor, head in hands, crying. Does not turn up to finish job and blocks my number. Disgusting!
