When I was young I found myself without a job. I saw a large high-rise development being built so I walked on site and asked anyone and everyone for a job. I started off sweeping the job site, and before long my boss saw my potential. The rest is history!

I find deep satisfaction in doing a good job well. I enjoy seeing what an amazing improvement we've made to the aesthetics and value of my customers houses. I love to see the pride and satisfaction my team and my customers get upon seeing the finished product. I find it incredibly rewarding.
