Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

We carry both Workcover and Public Liability Insurance ($20,000,000) and these are mandatory for many of our customers. We can provide current certification if required.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

I had a passion for lighting solutions in business and I also wanted the opportunity to run my own business so I followed my dream and became an electrician. I am one of the lucky ones working at something I love to do.

The fact that I can help people and see that I have solved a problem for them is a very rewarding part of my work. I also meet lots of great people and some of my customers have become great friends.

Does the tradesperson have professional qualifications? Do they carry workcover and public liability insurance cover ? Ask to see their certificates of currency? Can they provide a Certificate of Electrical Safety? Do you clean up after the job? Do you carry a broom, vacuum cleaner etc.

We are always fair in our pricing and our regular customers give us feedback so we know we provide good value.

How do you normally charge for your service?

For simple jobs, if we know the site, we can give a quote over the phone. For jobs requiring several things to be done, it is best to do a site inspection before quoting. We do not charge for quotes.

Is there a particular aspect of your trade or industry that you specialise in?

We are lighting specialists and can provide services to homes and businesses re maintenance of existing lights or even changeover to LED lights. We are fully qualified electricians and can do any other electrical work such as new switchboards, powerpoints, install appliances, plus phone and data.

Our company has a registered Electrical Contractor with fully qualified Electricians and 18 years experience in the industry working in both domestic and business. We have many business customers who have continnued to use us because of the service and quality we continue to deliver. All jobs will be given an certificate of electrical safety where required.
