Yes, I am an insured and a registered business.   I do guarantee my work. If you will not be happy with the photos or the service at any point you may request for a complete refund. Never happened so far!

I love being creative.  With that in mind, every wedding/family portrait is a new job.   I love giving the best I can to my clients.   I love as well being able to release the artist inside in what I do! I challenge myself on every shooting.

For Wedding Photography:  How long have you been doing photography?  Do I get control of my photos for sharing and printing?  How long will it take you to deliver my final product?  What type of editing do I get on my photos?  What's exactly included in your quote and what isn't?   For Family Portraits:  How do I get charged for family portraits? What are the sitting fee charges? How many edited photos will I receive and in which format? Do I get to select my photos? What sort of paper do you use? How soon will you deliver?

For Wedding Photography:  Q: How long have you been shooting weddings and did you face any non-satisfied clients so far?  A: I have been shooting weddings since 2013. All of my clients were very satisfied with my service. All the reviews here, on my Facebook page (5 stars rated), and on my Google maps listing show it.   Q: Do I have control over my photos for sharing and printing?  A: Absolutely, I deliver the photos without any watermark. You are totally free to share and print.   Q: How long it takes to deliver?  A: I take 1 to 2 weeks for weddings with less than 4-hour coverage and 3 to 4 weeks for big weddings. However, I am flexible to deliver faster than that if required.   Q: Do you edit all the photos and to what extent?  A: All handed over photos are basically retouched for colour consistency and exposure. Further editing will be provided for albums, and printing products.   Q: Do we meet before the wedding to discuss details about the day?  A: Yes we do see each other to get to know each other, know the details of the day (schedule and venue), and get to know those who matter to you in your photos. The meeting is part of your package.   Q: What exactly is included in your quote and what is excluded? A: Included:  (1) a meeting,   (2) a private online album (with no expiry date) for sharing with close ones,   (3) a download link containing high definition edits.   (4) a sneak peek on my Facebook page to keep everyone excited.  Excluded are prints and products unless explicitly mentioned in my quote.  Q: How many photos should I expect for my wedding?  A: It really depends on the duration of coverage. I deliver between 100 to 200 for small weddings and can reach up to 600+ on large weddings.  For Family Portraits:  Q: How do I get charged for family portraits? A: We will catch up for a studio or an outdoor session which should take around one hour on average. The session itself is free of charge. When the session is over, we will go through the shots for you to select the photos to purchase in prints or canvas. All printed photos are supplied in their respective size in electronic format. The entire captured photos that you loved will be offered electronically as a gift for purchasing an agreed amount of prints.  Here is my crazy guarantee, if you will not be impressed with the quality of the photos after the first five minutes of the session from what you will see at the back of my camera, you are totally free to cancel and pay nothing!   Q: What sort of paper do you use for printing? A: I use fine art paper (smooth cotton rag) and photographic paper depending on your taste. Fine art paper is not available at retail. You will receive a wowed product.  Q: How soon will you deliver? A: 2-3 weeks including printing provided that payment is cleared at the viewing session.

For Weddings:  I would need to know the date, the venue, and the number of guests.  For Family Portraits: I would need to know the date, the number of people to photograph, the age of the little ones, and the purpose of the shooting (to help decide on the products to choose from).

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

(1) Applies to weddings only: Get to know what you need and what can fall within your budget. From experience, seven hours are plenty, one hour is impossible, and two hours is barely enough for the ceremony and a quick location shoot if no travelling is included.   (2) Make sure of the exact inclusions so that you will not end up paying more in extras. Check for catches in printing, and copyright.   (3) Study the reviews before choosing any business.

What makes your pricing competitive?

The quality of work for the money I quote is what really make me competitive. I am not afraid to use strobes in nearly all my work to beautify it. Photography is all about understanding and embracing the light. Natural light shooting style (or available light) will never give this level of control over the photos' exposure. I do believe in sharpening the saw through continuous education and gear upgrades to provide you with the best in the market!

How do you normally charge for your service?

For wedding photography:  I do charge per the length of coverage in addition to any selected products. When we would catch up, we would decide on the most optimum package that maximises the value for your money.  For Family portraits:  We will catch up for a studio or an outdoor session which should take around one hour on average. The session itself is free of charge. When the session is over, we will go through the shots for you to select the photos to purchase in prints or canvas. All printed photos are supplied in their respective size in electronic format. The entire captured photos that you loved will be offered electronically as a gift for purchasing an agreed amount of prints.
