  Their 15 minute free call was so helpful and gave me the chance to ask questions and decide whether this service was for me and once I was ready they foundme an appointment so quickly! I felt so heard in my appointment and so encouraged to finally have a plan to find answers and support with my health. Highly recommend AF health to all my friends and family.

  Actually feel like I'm considered and cared about here. I don't feel like I'm trying to squeeze all my biggles into a specifoc time slot. AF provide a holistic approach, rather than bandaid fixes for ongoing/escalating problems.
