My business is totally insured. I am a member of the Association of Massage Therapist, the Nutritional Therapy association and the Restoration wellness solutions which allow me to keep up to date with continuing education units that I have to submit every year.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

Almost all my health issues and symptoms disappeared thanks to massage, nutrition and supplementation. I found my passion in it and I want to help people. So many of us are suffering and the rate of disease is increasing and I believe that natural therapy is the way of the future.

A lady came to see me for a massage from a shoulder injury and we ended up talking about her gall bladder that has been removed a few years ago, then I helped her with her diet and supplements and her whole life changed, she was very inspiring and her progress was amazing, but she worked very hard!

What do you like most about your job?

I love when people feel so much better and healthier. After working with some clients for a year or two, they come back to me to say how their whole life has changed. Just having a good impact on people health is amazing!

A customer should ask how they can benefit from the service they are asking for and how they can achieve their goal thanks to this particular service.

What questions do customers commonly ask and how would you answer them?

Accepted Answer

For nutrition some people ask if we could meet half way through so they can save money on the travel fee and I usually recommend meeting them at a healthy cafe. Some couple ask me if it is possible to do 3 or 4 massages in a raw as they want me to massage their children and yes of course I can :)

I am punctual and organised. I rarely cancel an appointment, in the rare case of emergency if I need to reschedule I try my best to make it to favor my client time frame. I really listen to my client's needs and focus on what is the priority to work on to help my client achieve their goals.

I have an holistic approach and I like to educate my clients about their health issues and encourage them to take control of their health so they can feel better and empowered. I try my best to look for the root cause of any issues instead of focusing on symptoms. No band aid approach.

- Lets me know what are your main health concerns and goals - Ask me to send you a Client history form via email and please complete prior to the appointment - If you pay ahead for your appointment via direct debit, you will benefit of a $10 discount on each appointment

What makes your pricing competitive?

My quality standard are high and I offer incredible package deals for treatment and consultation at the clinic. For ongoing clients, I might offer a loyalty discount. Most Nutritionist and Massage Therapist in the area are the same price or even higher.

How do you normally charge for your service?

Accepted Answer

Cash or Direct Debit. For Remedial Massage if you have a private health insurance, I will provide you with a receipt so you can claim your rebate. For mobile massage a fee will be added to the cost of the treatment or consultation; the fee is variable depending on the distance of travelling.

Is there a particular aspect of your trade or industry that you specialise in?

I specialise in chronic health issues particularly with posture and flexibility. My primary focus is on the gut and the brain like depression, brain injury recovery, brain fog ADD, ADHD, Irritable bowel syndrome, digestion issues, auto-immune disease, fatigue,allergies, cardiology and weight issues.

What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?

Qualified as a Remedial Massage Therapist since January 2017 and as a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner since November 2017. Further education completed in March and November 2018 to acquire advanced techniques in realigning the hips and work with gut and allergies lab testing.
