1. Declutter and remove personal items: Make sure all furniture, clothes, rubbish, and personal belongings are removed before we arrive. This saves time and allows us to focus directly on cleaning—reducing labour costs.  2. Empty and defrost the fridge/freezer in advance: Doing this the night before ensures our cleaners don’t need to wait around, which can save you time-based charges.  3. Do light pre-cleaning like dusting or wiping walls (if possible): If there are light marks, you can gently wipe down walls or spot-clean areas. This can reduce the need for deep wall washing, which is usually charged as an extra service.
