  Well to be honest that's up to the person to decide I can't force someone to train with me but I do provide the service what ever the clients needs are. If they give me 100% I will give them 110% especially if they wanting results.

• How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

  -Spend less on Take away & junk foods -If consume alcohol & if you smoke try to reduce that. - Personally I believe if serious about training then money shouldn't be a option because you cant put a price on your health.
