  Would not recommend this service....not because of the workers (they were fine) but the owner made such a massive deal of the payment that unless you want to be bombarded with multiple phone calls demanding CASH, it's really not worth it. At one stage he even hung up on me. I made it quite clear in the job description that the Aged Care Provider would be paying the invoice, but Francis just would not accept that it needed to be done that way...all this happened AFTER the job was accepted & completed. He demanded payment before sending an invoice which is a strange way to conduct a business...all this when he was reassured time & again that he would be paid immediately via EFT once the invoice was received.

  Group of really nice cleaners but unfortunately that's where it stopped!! Frances you should be ashamed for advertising cleaning services. Your cleaners had no idea how to clean tiled floors or windows. There were streaks and smudges left everywhere, pools of water on the tiles and the windows were appalling, so much so that they had to be done twice with the client showing them how to do it! Even then, they were still average. The cleaning cloths were not replaced when dirty and the cleaning chemicals left a lot to be desired. I also had minor damage to fittings. So, $450 later…and being told that the job was bigger than described (Frances, I suggest you check your notes as I was very clear on what needed to be done which was obviously not communicated to the guys as they started vacuuming when I clearly advised that this was not to be done ) I spent that night and the following day re cleaning everything…. My time and money totally wasted!!!! I’m the first to admit I have high cleaning standards, but this was a joke!
