We are not a general cleaning service, we go above and beyond and specialise in attention to detail. We are a bespoke cleaning service that helps YOU to manage and maintain your home. Think of us as an extra set of hands around your home. A home helper.   Our team are covered by insurances, workers compensation, police checks and also working with children checks. We invest heavily in training and stay up to date with the standards and regulations of the industry. Our team receive ongoing training and feedback to ensure they are at the highest standards and are remunerated accordingly. We do not work on an hourly rate! We work on a package to complete the work in your home at a high standard. Some weeks we will be super efficient and other weeks we may take a little longer (this could be down to the overall cleanliness of the home), which means that our time frames will vary.   What we do promise is to have a similar start time each week to ensure consistency. We also promise that your home will be treated as our own, your pets will get a hello and a cuddle too.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

1. Tidy for the cleaners, if you have time. Picking up toys off the ground, removing paperwork and clutter from benches will allow us more time to get into the cleans and the detail.  2. Do your research, ensure the cleaners have given you a detailed list of what they are going to achieve.  3. Set a budget you want to spend for the work/clean.
